Burien

Burien is a five-minute drive from our shop, which makes it one of the easiest places for us to schedule. Early morning starts, evening deliveries after work, and weekend moves are all routine here.

The housing mix is wide: older single-family homes in Seahurst and Gregory Heights, newer townhomes and apartments around Town Square and along Ambaum, and plenty of split-levels with a flight of stairs to the front door. We've loaded trucks on all of them and plan the carry accordingly.

Burien customers also lean on us for purchase deliveries from the Southcenter and Tukwila retail corridor, and for junk removal when a basement or garage needs to be emptied before a sale or a tenant turnover.
