Edmonds

Edmonds has a lot of longtime homeowners moving to smaller places, and those moves need a careful crew: furniture that's been in the family for decades, boxes of things that matter, and a new condo or apartment with less room than the old house. We pad and wrap everything, label by destination, and take our time.

Downtown Edmonds and the waterfront condos have the usual building logistics, and the hill streets in the Bowl can be steep and narrow for a truck. We plan the position and the carry in advance. Perrinville, Westgate, and Five Corners homes are more straightforward, with driveways and garages.

We also run purchase deliveries from the Alderwood and Lynnwood retail stores into Edmonds, and junk removal for estate clean-outs and garages that have to be emptied before the house goes on the market.
