Redmond

A lot of our Redmond work is people arriving for a new job and starting from a mostly empty apartment, which means a mix of a small move and several purchase deliveries from furniture and appliance stores across the Eastside. We'll route those pickups into as few trips as possible.

Downtown Redmond and Overlake have large apartment communities with garages, gated entries, and elevator rules. Education Hill, Grass Lawn, and Redmond Ridge are more single-family, with hill driveways and newer homes that have tight garage access. We plan the truck and the carry for each.

When leases end, we handle the move-out and the junk removal together: furniture that's staying with us, boxes to the new address, and the apartment left empty for the final walkthrough.
