Seattle

Seattle is where we do most of our apartment and condo work. Downtown, Belltown, Capitol Hill, South Lake Union, and the U District buildings all have their own rules for elevators, loading docks, and certificates of insurance, and we've worked through most of them. Send us the building's move-in requirements and we'll plan the load order and timing around them.

House moves in West Seattle, Ballard, Greenwood, Columbia City, and Beacon Hill are a different kind of puzzle: narrow streets, steep driveways, basement stairs, and parking that's gone by mid-morning. We scout the block, position the truck once, and run dollies from there.

We also handle a steady flow of Seattle purchase deliveries, from furniture stores in SoDo and the U District to private sellers across the city, and junk removal for move-outs where the landlord wants the unit empty by the end of the day.
