Tacoma's older housing stock is beautiful and a little demanding: Craftsman homes in the North End and Proctor with narrow staircases, tight turns, and full basements. We wrap everything, protect the stair walls and banisters, and take the heavy pieces slowly.

Downtown, Stadium District, and the newer buildings along the waterfront have elevator and loading rules like Seattle's, and we coordinate those in advance. South Tacoma, Fircrest, and University Place are more driveway-and-garage moves.

We also deliver furniture and appliances from the Tacoma Mall corridor and private sellers across Pierce County, and run junk removal for move-outs, estate clean-outs, and garages that haven't seen the floor in years.
